Hope all smokers read this one. Very effective.. I quit at age 55 - had smoked for 40 years - or I'd be dead by now. Love, daver

They are like a powerful drug and the most difficult to quit. I brainwashed all my kids when they were young and none of them are addicted to cigarettes. My husband suffers from COPD that nearly killed him. This poem is awesome Andrea!

Wow.... have a student who smokes and I'm trying to get her to quit. It's so sad. You just really packed the message in so well. This should be used in our Stop Smoking campaign. Our church runs a 7 day stop smoking campaign....or used to. What a powerful write. Bless you...
