Just For You, An Easter Story
Because of sin's heavy laden, I was being mercilessly beaten
With lead laced in leather.
Two thieves and I together,
were led to Golgotha's Hill. There, I payed mankind's bill.
It was a debt no one else could pay, because the whole world had gone astray.
It was by far the darkest day of my life. It was the only way to make things right.
It was for you, those bitter tears I cried. It was just for you that I hang there and died. 04062017 PS; My Easter Standard Contest, Brian Strand
