I gathered some little Juneberries, As topping on my ‘Ben and Jerry’s.’ But the fruit from my bower, Was rancid and sour - In future I’ll stick to ripe cherries!

I've picked one strawberry from my garden so far, the raspberries are going to be an amazing crop this year! hugs jan xx

I am not familiar with Juneberries! With such a beautiful name, how dare they be sour!! Good one Jan! The Ben and Jerry's are on " Buy One, Get One this week! Now I must run to the grocery!!

ooh that sounds like a real bargain Mike, what is your favourite B & J flavour? I will meet you for a sundae one day lol as for June berries it isn't something we have in the UK and I have never heard of them the poem was written from a contest prompt lol:-) hugs jan xx
