June

regal June
     flaming radiant
God's creatures teeming
                           luxuriant
busy bees
   morn to late
                fashioned
honeycombs
        proliferate

cricket willow
       upon fields green
          perennial past-times
of England seen

four o'clock

first light,the unearthly hour

robin,calls the tune

hearken

strengthening sun
resplendent early morn
nature's territorial in
                     chanson

how warm the sun upon my face
the morning beauty fills my sight
          with creative, expressive grace
coloured blue yellow green &white

                    a solstice June
                      ... mid-summer tune

heart and mind
filled
with pure delight
upward feathers
      afluttering
        movement  no  sound
patterns of legs& wings

the
    fledglings fly

 timidity tires

evaporates
    in graduations

a little movement

  &  in the breeze
        great beauty
the bustle of bees

    coloured rainbows  abound

long days
  cows laze

       the peony

smells divine

   .a profusion
of aromas
                mid summer melts
at an incredible rate

      roses ramble
around
      the gate
