Joy In the Lord

“Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.” Habakkuk 3:18 of the King James Bible

Joy
from God
exudes love
glowing with hope
sparkled by grace beams
midst  forgiveness  delight
r a d i a t i n g faith triumph
vanquishing despair of distress
while conquering frustration-caused angst
knowing “the joy of the Lord is my strength.”

Propelled by “R e j o i c e  in  the L o r d always*”
my heart basks in Christ’s assured presence
as I reach-out, sharing gladness
compassionately s e c u r e d
of  s e r e n e  blissfulness
reigning against gloom
in mirth bubbling
to reveal
soul so
blest.
