Journey

Staring into space.
Mind wondering.
Dreams coming and going.
Attention nowhere to be found.
Reality fading.
Dreams become vivid.
Mind focusing.
Wait something.
Fuzzy.
Dark.
Big.
Spikes.
RUN!
Out of breath.
Panting.
Heaving.
Thirsty.
Look behind.
Still there.
Coming.
Chasing.
Run again.
Getting closer.
Hiding.
Lost.
Cold.
Alone.
Cry.
Found.
SCREAM!
Pain.
Wake up.
Sweating.
Dreaming.
Relief.

And then you feel the physical tiredness that say the dream was more than virtual ... we are just too mortal to past through the cosmic door ... bravo on a brilliant write.

Sounds like one of my nightmares. Blah. They are so awful. But always so great to wake up from. Great capture. Love, Shar
