Jesus’ Birth
Matthew 1.18-25

[So, here it is]. “This is how the birth of Jesus took place.
When Mary his mother was engaged, [ace],
To Joseph, before they were married, [trace],
She became pregnant by the Holy Spirit: [grace].

Joseph her husband was [quite] a righteous man.
Because he didn’t want to humiliate her, [can],
He decided to call off their engagement, [guardsman],
Quietly. [But] as he was thinking about this [artisan] -

An angel from the Lord appeared to him [eighty!],
In a dream and said: ‘Joseph [truly] son of David’, [maybe],
Don’t be afraid to take Mary as your wife, because, [stably],
The child she carries was conceived by the Holy Spirit. [Racy].

She will give birth to a son, and you will call him Jesus, [hey],
Because he will save his people from their sins’ [good day],
Now all of this took place so that what the Lord [canny],
Had spoken through the prophet would [occur, cany]: -Jesus’ Birth

Look! A virgin will become pregnant and give birth [em, wow],
To a son, And they will call him, Emmanuel [this is how].
(Emmanuel means ‘God with us’). [So], when Joseph [bow],
Woke up, he did just as the angel from God [had said - now]:

..and took Mary as his wife. But he didn’t have sexual affairs,
With her until she gave birth to a son. Joseph, called, [heirs],
Him Jesus.” That was Matthew Chapter 1, Verses 18-25, airs -
