'There will be consequences'
  'Russia will pay a severe price'

Please pardon Mr. Putin for failing to tremble
  He's focusing on his next roll of the dice

'Our sanctions will punish their economy'
  'Russia's financial sector will be crippled' 
    
   Abject weakness barely causes a ripple
Putin's not as worried as Psaki thought he would be ~
The US has yet to sanction Russia's largest bank, you see
