We wait in vain for "Godot"
we groan in pain for solace,
in hope that someday, they'll ease our pain,
When fools are in Power,
They cast the weight of pain upon our brow,
and make us wish they never ruled.
when fools are in power,
regret, remorse becomes our songs,
and like slaves we labor under a burden.
When fools are in power,
The old and young feels the burden
they know not how to ease our burden.
when fools are in Power
Migration becomes the option,
we need a place away from from fools.
when fools are in Power,
survival twice difficult
the Youths escapes to saner climes.
