Jake Jake is a snake. He is three feet long. One day he will be five more. We found him in the barn, he was lost among the hay bails, trying to find a home to stay for a time. He was very thin, so we took him in. Jake loved to live with my man and I, he got fed critters every day. He gives my man's mom the jitters just as often. He is fatter now, and happy. We tried to let him go, but he hissed "NO"!.

Ha, ha! For a change, I guessed this one from the title... I actually used to know a fellow nicknamed 'Jake the Snake.' And he was --- nothing of the sort :) gw
