I'Ve Been Shaken But Rarely Stirred
I've been used and abused, mistreated and mislead,
so many times before, it's wonder I'm not dead.
Been thrown downstairs, pushed through the door
knocked out a window, flattened on the floor.
Been raped and defiled, bled from wounds made,
the cuts that bled soundlessly, those scars did fade.
Life hasn't been great, but I've never bailed...
I've fought to the end, and my life has prevailed.
I am a survivor, and I always land on my feet.
I don't put up with ******** found on the street.
I'll never give in, never give up, never stay down;
I'll keep doing what it takes, to make my life sound.
You think you can beat me, you better watch out!
I'll fight to the finish, I'll beat you no doubt,
cause I am still alive and I got what it takes
to make sure I survive without any mistakes.
