Most think of the presents, Beneath a gold edged pine Some think of all the events, Christmas dishes so divine Many think of what it represents But this is the bottom line… God came down from heaven above To pour out His grace across a lonely earth Remind heavy hearts that there is peace and love Forgive our souls and remind us what is worth… More than millions, more than life This is the love that comes to abide Inside the spirit who knows such strife, All we have to do is give up our pride. God came to save our souls With grace that offers peace, With kindness that consoles, With love that will always increase…. Because it comes from God above, The Creator of hope, faith and love! Christmas is more than presents or gifts Christmas is the wonder that ever uplifts Christmas is the answer to so many prayers Proof to this world that God truly cares!

Christianity basics 101 is what this sounds like to me. And Christmas is the best time of year to present a message such as this to a world that really needs to know the Savior.

I agree and it is sad due to commercialism the real reason behind the season has been lost..
