It's a Deal Killer
“Yes sir, I’d like to lodge a grievance,
and I’d damn near say it’s a fair complaint.
You see, I almost put a down-payment on that there house,
but I’m glad I ain’t...
Cause although there was rubies on the ceiling
and fancy gold on the floor,
ya'll mark my words…
That there place, is rotten, to the core.
And I swears I felt a chill comin’ in,
an' heard a moan comin’ out
and sir,
that ain’t what livin’s all about...
There’s a devil in that place,
and hear me true,
you’d pass up that house,
if you saw your ex-wife too.”
It's a deal-killer.
