It Was You and You Only

You wanted to live every moment
with your ideology
you wanted to dream every moment
with your philosophy
you wanted to spend every moment
with your memories
but I wanted to live every moment
with our memories
with our ideology
and then came a fine evening
when you decided to separate for 'ever
and we chose separate directions
to move forward
when I recollect all those moments
that we spent together
I find a meager hope for you to return
still everything is not lost
everything is not gone
we can continue our incomplete journey
and fulfill all unfulfilled dreams
by removing all
dark clouds of desperation
for a new relationship
it was you only
who decided to separate for ever
