It Happens

It Happens It sucks... when your owie remains disregarded because your adhesive band-aid decides to stuck itself obstinately mid tries, It sucks... when the lights to your preferred restaurant flicker's off when you all arrive and its sign says open daily twenty three hours, It sucks... when our autos license plates custom-made said, "HIS" and "HERS" and after our divorce, she then changed it so now it reads, "WAS HIS", It sucks... when I go to the zoo to throw peanuts to the elephants to feed them but because of my size they throw peanuts at me, It sucks... when I was at the airport to buy a plane ticket for a noontime flight she says, "Is that twelve noon?" I said, "No, it's... two noon?!?!?" Ugh! *Heptastich, a poem in 7 lines, syllabic, 2-4-6-8-6-4-2 2020 August 15

Two noon, and two way nuts! This is hilarious! You got a lot of laughs and scenarios into this short form. Great write!
