Ukraine on my brain most of the time. Our friends are trying to retrieve their to-be adopted fourth daughter, who is now in Poland. My great grands came from the Ukraine. So sick what Putin is putting them through.

It is human tendency not to rake one's brain unless something affects one personally. That's why we say, man is essentially selfish ! Only if we are able think in broader terms, the world will turn into a better place for living

Gershon, Let's hope that the situation there doesn't get much worse, and those you've tried to ask to speak up against the autocrat, who seem to be sleep walking, would finally awaken and say, "Man, I should have paid more attention and spoke more openly about it to affirm my love for freedom and justice!"...ab
