Proposals on Valentine's Day
Mean that loves commit and will stay
But play is less hot
After tying the knot
And those with bad judgment will pay

So very true! Careful tying of the knot so it stays tight prevents divorce. Excellent write! Hugs

This nice limerick reminds me of a hit song of yesteryear recorded by Connie Francis. This is an enjoyable read.

Indeed they will pay, Duke. Thank you for making me smile this morning with your amusing limerick. Love, Carolyn
