Iron and Clay
Iron and clay will never mix,
Dreams and Reality will never intertwine,
Something inside me conflicts,
But I tell everyone I'm fine.
Two sides fight within me,
Both sides fight to win,
Neither side will try to flee,
This battle I fight within.
They will never agree to make peace,
It boils throughout my skin.
I fail to try and cease,
This battle I fight within.
Iron and clay will never mix,
It weighs me down like a ton of bricks.
