Invisible
I sit in the back
My world is black
Do you care?
Why stare?
You say you see me
Yet you don't see
The pain I've been through
Or the sorrow blue.
I am invisible to everyone
I want to take a gun
Put it to my head
I wish I were dead.
No one can see me
No one will ever see
If I am dead
Cold instead
of warm
in the storm.
If you have never seen me
You will never see.
If you never hear my voice
You don't get a choice.
I never felt the love
That comes with a dove.
I'm hated
Baited
into traps
And flaps
So why do I live
When I could be dead
Instead.
