Intertwined in everything and nothing. Apart forever and never apart. Always reaching, never meeting. Intertwined in nothing and everything.

I twist and turn rising higher. 
I’m forced into destruction and anger. 
I want to dance with the wind. 
But my flames are pushed this way and that. 
Oranges and yellows aren’t used for warmth. 
I’m made into a weapon, for killing and hurting. 
My violence is fueled by their cruel words. 
They tell me i’m ugly and disgusting. 
I believe them, as I rise. 
Higher, Hotter. 
I forget about the passion and love. 
I forget about all the times I was helpful. 
I forget a time when I wasn’t mean and cruel. 
I forget that one time, I was cool. 
Red, used for hate and anger. 
No one remembers when it was once power. 
I’m defined by my heat. 
Nothing will change. 
Maybe one day. 
I'll become more than my flames.

I flow freely 
Spinning, twirling
Always moving, never stopping
Glancing into normal lives
Laughing as I pity their stability
Switching directions as I please
Slowing for a moment, appreciating scenery
Babies laughing, parents fussing
Children running, teens gossiping
My freedom seems more and more oppressive 
I grasp for something to hold on to
But I fly by, my screams getting swallowed by silence
Howling louder and louder
But people run and hide from me
I give them breath and give them life
But they run and hide when I get mad
I whip up branches and cars and homes
If I am forever moving
Why should anyone not be alone
I constantly switch 
Left, right 
Colors blur into gray
No one wanted me to stay
I’m moving again
New place
New pain
Never the same
Forever free
Forever in chains

I’m the creator
Trees, grass, water, lakes
I am beauty and grace
I am peaceful, happy, content
Rivers streaming
Birds singing
Animals prancing
Crashing, ripping, tearing
I scream and shake
As I get ripped open by curious fingers
Pulling me, pushing me
My animals run and cower
My trees twist away
My tigers clog up 
I slowly get crushed 
The weight of their sins too much 
They don’t see the future
They don’t see the beauty 
In years and years i’ll be gray and old
Then they’ll be sorry
They’ll be sorry
I try to get back up
Build the world anew
I raise my waves higher than life
I shoot mountains up from nothing 
I rumble and cause buildings to fall
But again and again
They slam more 
Concrete and metal 
Full of lies and deceit
Leaving me defeated
Lying in dust and bones
The creator of what
Destruction 
Defeat
Deceit 
Nothing left of me.

Clear
Crystal clear
Sparkling, shining
Home to billions
Sheltering them all
Watering plants and humans alike
Waving hi to all that stop by
They smile and nod, jumping in
Not knowing what they just did
While I protect and uphold
I just want to show
What I am really made of
Not fluids and small animals
Not helpless plants and shells
I can fight back
I can stand up
Crashing down
Foaming at the mouth
I slam seaweed and sand 
Onto their heads
Into their mouths
Rushing through their unstable towns
Fill their throats 
With what they once drank down
One slam of my 
Small
Helpless
Powerful
Giant
Wave

Working apart but working together
Fire breaking through chains
Air grasping for no more change
Earth breaking everyday
Water rising above its limits
All in sync with one another
The world depends on them together 
Fire breaks but builds back up
Air never stops but switches things up
Earth hurts but heals as well 
Water is peaceful and strong as hell
