Inner Peace

The weight of hate is a burden to bear
A curtain of fear blocks a veil of care
I would rather see the sun then let darkness prevail
A broken soul can be mended no matter your tale
Pure of heart beats a mind diseased
Empathy for others is a great release
The past is the past forgive all misdeeds done
Mind, body and soul should all become one
I spent too long playing victim drinking my tears
Wasted my energy and lost too many years
Not preaching just reaching out to lend a hand
Peace of the mind leads to peace of man

Brilliant and so true, inner peace brings such happiness, contentment and bliss. Love this so a seven.
