Incineration of Love God Madan (Cupid) 8 Originally written in Hindi by my late father Dr. Amar Nath Kapoor 1899 to 1994. The work was written in Hindi somewhere around 1965-70. Editing and English version by Ravindra K Kapoor. Hindi name ‘Madan Dahan’ Being unable to put influence, On the stupid dry meditation of Shiva*, Cupid thought that even the goddess of delusion, Too would be defeated without any influence. I shall be called the destroyer, Of my mother’s honor and power, And shall always remain defeated, By this inhuman meditation. Power would leave me alone then, Destroying my domination over all, My existence would disappear forever, From my own dominated Earth. Ravindra Kanpur India 28th April 2012 To continue….. Ravindra, I'm pleased with your stories always... But, this one has fascinated me the most... I will shuttle the deep and darken beauty in this one part... I love it, and the fire burns and destroys all inhuman influence. God's of all sort can be a bit tricky.. Enjoyed the thought that not every love can be influenced.. I will favorite this especially.. glad I came back tonight.. Now let me go read the new one you posted..always..POET D

Thanks PD. As I have already told this story have beautiful conflicts with the power of delusion, which creates beauty and love and with that of the supreme power, which control all instincts yielding amazing situations. Hope you would keep informing your good and bad reactions.

Thank you Joann for finding this work "An insight into a different world" by the end of this story you would find more than what you expect. My father wrote number of dramas, Poetry, Novels and even the material explanation of Hindus most holy book "Geeta", which in fact is the book of the Philosophy of Life.

While bringing this English version of Madan Dahan I have made some minor modifications and additions in order to make this unique creation written around 1965 more befitting but the main story and description remains unchanged as was conceived by my late father Dr. Amar Nath Kapoor. With best wishes….Ravindra
