Editing and English version by Ravindra K Kapoor. Hindi Title ‘Madan Dahan’ 18 Compassion degraded by passion, Would make him weak, And weakness would make him intransitive, Making him brute and selfish. That robs the sense of duty, Creates only sensual desires, Which bring total destruction, Making him self-destructive.
