".... could not stop for death- he kindly stopped for me-
the carriage held just ourselves and immortality."
Quote by _ Emily Dickinson
Through the sting of yesterday’s tears
Glistening on lashes, in the midday sun,
There lives a dream, a prayer, a rhythm…
Who remembers to sing, to believe, to agree
With the measure of kindness, the gentleness,
Compassion, soft and soothing… silencing
Darkest fears, kissing away the past’s tears
It is the intimacy of a yearning, burning
Through the stardust moments
Hinting at a history, flames of yearning
Silencing the breathless teasing
Heart’s soundless goodbye, freezing
On lips whose whisper, with a sigh
Caresses the starry eyed feelings, blessing
Forever with the music of a lifetime dancing
Imitating the joy who is alive, like a light
Falling softly on the soul who believes
There is a promise in the laughter, the dreams
Through the wishes that bleed answers
Rustling leaves of heartfelt hope
Rousing winds of enchanting knowing,
Spurring passions into their inklings,
Bringing out the charm of a heavenly song,
Drowning out the storms, the worries –
All the wrong, with the presence of a Father
Who gives much more than we could hope,
Love so strong it fulfills every thought,
Love so alive it lingers inside, arising like the smile
Beautiful and wise – inviting the heart’s sparkle,
The tenderness, the wonder – forever
Never a doubt – this is the way out of the dark
Into the light that lives forever, calming, restoring…
Erasing every tear with the endlessness of a hope
Far more wonderful than anything else on earth,
A hope for eternity with the love that is our victory!
Love like this abides on the inside of those who know
He is the King and we are the people who believe
He came to this earth to save and restore, to become the answer
For the heart who is seeking God’s love!
Forever and ever – He is the hope for the eternal
