In God, Am I Strong
I cry out at night
Feeling lachrymose
No cure nor solace
Seems to be in sight
Finding no repose
I lie in darkness.
My pain is nagging
Silently I yell
And drown in my tears
My strength is sagging
To whom shall I tell?
Only my God hears.
I rest in His wings
And sleep in His arms
It's there I belong
Through pain, my heart sings
He stops my tear storms
In God, am I strong.
