In Each Others Arms
As I lay there in the darkness
Her head upon my chest
Cradling her gently in my arms
I feel the caress of her breath
The warmth of her body
Snuggled against mine
The scent of her perfume still fills the air
Though deep in her slumber she pulls
Herself closer as if her subconscious
says she has to let go
As the night goes on
I too drift off deep
Till they're in the darkness
In each other's arms we sleep
