In Control of All Living Breath -Job 12: 10

Ever since earthly life began its cycle
man has thought they were in control
anything was achievable no matter what
so thought the human mind but they stole

They were thieves of their own destiny
for only the creator has the true right
He was the sole architect of everything
holding in His hand all so very tight

The folly of man just won't accept it
that there's someone far bigger than them
in absolute control of life and breath
so when will you throw away your sour lem?

The original founder of it all is God
He holds everything truly in His hand
even our breath is His to give or take
such is His glory sings the heavenly band

So let's be wise to recognise who He is
the God of eternity who always has been
and the news is He God always will be
He decides when we leave our earthly scene

("In his hand is the life of every living thing
and the breath of all mankind.")
Job 12: 10 (ESV)
