Bobby May inspired this poem, with the ideas in his piece, 'The Teachers of Life,' posted on November 05, 2019

In apparent dismay my friend, Bobby May wrote that people now say man came from monkeys... which didn't use to be the way that we thought of our stay here on Earth ~ where you and I once held sway

Lol! Gershon, I read Bobby's poem and I'm sure he's going to love this. It changes constantly, where folk think man comes from. Who knows what it will be next, Maybe something interesting and intelligent like................You got inspired to write a good poem. Have a great day my friend:-) Alexis

You know, I didn't even realize that Bobby's last name appears in the title of this one, in the word 'dismay!' Thanks, Alexis. Best wishes, Gershon

Funny how that word is both an insult to many and a lesson taught in school. Hmm... Funny write though

Guess it depends on the context and the intonation... Kind of like "Make America Great Again," eh?! Thanks, Kim! :) gw
