Impromptu
Ofelio
lives in a box
in a basement
in a house
in a city
in Colombia
not knowing
he's a turtle
never
seeing another
other
turtle
head hidden
in his shell
selling
himself off
as if
sleeping
but he's
peeking
at a moto
trying to find
how to climb
like the gato
once seated
on the seat
he turns the key
now moving faster
then his feet
he dreamily drives
out
of Cali
