Imagine
A pearlized chrysalis in the night sky
Constellations twinkling in Goddess-like fashion
I stare at the nearly round orb,
She brings a delightful wonder to the evening
Imagine my surprise if she would open
And a giant monarch would swoop down
Light on this balcony and touch her forehead to mine
I stare into the evening, imagining her delicate touch
Loving the idea of it
