Imaginations

imagine i nations
(just as i am)
Ruler and Sovereign
With all power and glory
With all riches and honor
Loved and praised
Above all the worlds
in all places at all times
All things to all men
For me, myself and i
Supplying all my needs
Fulfilling all my desires
All for my pleasure
(just as i am)
imagine i nations
God of all gods
Over all the universe
Omnipotent and Omniscient
Omnipresent and All-Seeing
Casting down all your idols
Erecting only my image
Then damned you would be
For you would curse your God
Then die in your sin
Without a remedy from me
imagine i nations
(just as i am)
God above all stars
Higher than the Heavens
in all my vanity
i would surely be a devil

Debbie Guzzi February 3, 2009 at 5:42 PM If God created all things. Then He/She/It created what man calls evil. The devil is a human construct, it seeks to give explanation for why bad things happen if God is all goodness. Yet God is ALL. Period. Yin/Yang A consciousness so far beyond our own that we literally do not have the capacity to understand God's acts. Light & Love Debbie
