EVERY DAY
the ticking of the clock
a future promise...

the daydream,
a deep glimpse
silvering fragments
through a lattice
imagination takes hold
its wings await...

asleep,dreaming
ingenuity
imagination takes hold

plucked from memory
rooted sorrow
