Notes About The Poem

Written for Dr. Ram's contest where he wanted the form triplet....Strickly imagination after have some brief wind and rain this eve..

Imagination

Clothes stick like a fly to fresh fly paper
Have same trapped feeling in heat of summer
Let's escape to small island where calmer

Island paradise, palm trees, soft warm wind
Now entering that relaxed frame of mind
Change of pace, in comfy hammock reclined

Total peace as the fierce storm approaches
Rain, cooler air mighty wind sways branches
Love, imagination places on beaches.....

I love to visit new cities and explore the museums and art galleries, and marvel at the local architecture. Obviously, we have to compromise! A nicely imagined piece! xoxo Robert.
