I'm Tired

Author Dana Redricks July 15, 2024 In this war I feel weary and worn. I push through in the shadows of the dark. Home whispers in the wind, beacon and calls me near, yet in this struggle, I find splice in my closest friend. Through seasons and years of strife, I've walked determined to go to my heavenly life. When my body cries for rest, my spirit rises to the test. This battle, unending, fierce and strong, yet within me, a resilient song. Though fatigue weighs heavy and long, and the pain persists, the Lord gives me strength to linger on. I cling to hope, I hold on.
