I'M Sorry

I'm sorry for all I've done to you,
I'm sorry for letting go.
I'm sorry that I listened,
I'm sorry for saying 'no'.
I'm sorry that I wasted nine years
On your soul,
I'm sorry that I met you,
I'm sorry I have to say so.
I'm sorry that you let me in,
And told me all your lies.
I'm sorry that I tried to say
"She'll do better next time".
I'm sorry I was your friend,
And now I am done.
If this gets to you,
If you can see
That I truly was a friend,
And you were the one who left me.
