Notes About The Poem

I'M Dopey

Sedated, but now in full fettle Yet I cannot boil the darn kettle I can’t turn on tv But can go for a pee My hubby must be on his mettle! Having been sedated I am not allowed to ‘operate ANY domestic equipment for 24 hours – I am lucky I have hubby and son to help me … but feel for anyone who lives on their own 07/07/20

Fortunately sedation has not effected your sense of humour, Jan :) You should have told the men that it was for 48 hrs not 24:) Hugs // paul

Dopey, meet Doc. Doc... Dopey. Don't be too 'bashful' to ask your sweet hubby for some extra TLC. Nice to have such a nice guy around. Hope you're on the mend by now, Jan. Hugs ~ John

You're Dopey?! I'm Sleepy! My wife's Goofy. (She's on a 14/6 type project at work). Seen Snow White around? … Seriously, what can I say about my favorite J.A? -- That's she sedated, but never sedate!! (How about that one, my friend!) Here's to a swift recovery! Blessings, Gershon

hmmm I think you're kinda dopey without the meds, but I love ya that way. Now you can call me "Grumpy." I'm making rounds in the soup kitchen today and wanted to see what you've been cookin.'
