Illuminating Light of Palestine

You illuminate the world, its temples, it's raison d'etre. You are the the third world's tree, you embolden their resolve. Without you, the post-apartheid banquet would be a mess. In my thoughts you are present at all my dreams. In the gardens, in the forest, in the pasture. All my paths passes through your groves. The angels collect your tears like the dew drops in the morning, and store rich pearls as a bridal necklace, new screams emerging from the cauldron of your wells, from the inner core of your dispossessions.
