If...I'D...No.
If I were a bird,
I'd be soaring through the skies.
If I were a cat,
I'd be curled up by the fire.
If I were a dog,
I'd be running gleeful in the woods.
If I were a salmon,
I'd be swimming strong up river.
If I were a squirrel,
I'd be scurrying up a tree.
If I were a lion,
I'd be stalking a prey.
If I were a antelope,
I'd be sprinting across the Savanah.
If I were a monkey,
I'd be swinging from the trees.
If I were a penguin,
I'd be out smarting a shark.
If I were a shark,
I'd be ruling the sea.
If I were imagining I was any of these,
I'd most definitely, right now, not be me.
