Arthur, life does present personal tragedy that we cannot escape from. I completely understand what you are feeling. My brother-in-law who lived with us for twenty years (he needed some support) died recently and we miss him. It's very strange, but we talk about what he was like and try to celebrate who he was. It does bring tears to one's eyes.
