My husband has a lot of doctor's appointments lately, so I can relate to this (do they let you go in with her? I have to wait in the car because only patients and essential staff can go in due to Covid19)

It's the same here. I wait in the car. So today after reading a while, answering my email and texts, listening to music and changing parking spaces to catch the everchanging shade I noticed the circuitous wheelchair ramp with its many spindles and decided to count all 120 of them. And then Eureka! I thought of this esoteric senryu. I'm glad you can relate :) ~Mark
