If I Were Your Brother
IF I WERE YOUR BROTHER
If I were your brother
And you ate my candy
I may tell Mom, don't have another
'Cause little brothers ain't so dandy
But having you around ain't so bad
And I guess it could be said
That I would be really sad
I may have a sister instead
If I had to choose which one
I know which one it would be
I'd choose you, 'cause we have fun
Since girls ain't any fun, you see
Don't eat my candy, it ain't real funny
I just might break your favorite toy
It cost me my allowance money
So watch yourself, little boy
And if you want some candy, ask me
And I'll be more than glad to share
But don't just take what you see
And leave my candy bag bare
