If I Dream
Daemons trespass across my soul,
When he'll leave I'll never know.
If I sleep before he wakes,
Perhaps my life shall be my own mistake.
Punishment shall be my own,
Not the daemons or his to own.
I shall heal with mountains climb,
Each foot step grim and gritty,
Hard but strong.
I walk this hill with each new breath,
Dreaming with each pleasant step.
If he comes while I run,
Then I shall fly with the eagles call,
Up to heaven where loves for all.
