If I Could Talk To the One Who Created Me?

if I could talk to God what would I say?
I often wondered if I ever got the opportunity
what would I ask the One who created me?

Would I address Him as God, Father, Master, Jehovah or Creator?
would I shake His hand, give Him a hug, kiss His cheek, or do a High-5?
I'm not sure what I would do but I know one day I will be face to face
with the One who created me

Would He give me a hug or a kiss on the forehead ?
would He call me His child, sister or Louise?
would He answer all my questions?
I often wondered if in the presence of God
will the mystery be revealed

I would want to know about the prophets in the Bible
I would want to comprehend the meaning of life
and my purpose and reason for being
Yes I would like to sit down with a good cup of coffee and talk to God

Yes I would ask about why certain people depart this earth when they do
Yes I would ask why He created this world, this universe and humanity
Yes I would discuss religion, faith and belief
and Yes I would talk about war, the Enemy and what He desires from mankind

If I could talk to the One who created me
what would I say if given this opportunity?

I like to think that we can talk to God any time Louise. As for the cup of coffee, His cup is simply Love. Any time you have a friendly cup of coffee with another human in the essence of love, God is there havin a cup with you. God is love. I know what you mean tho, as one on one as a body to another. Sincerely, Love, Moses

Your questions are so profound and are the questions shared by one and all.... Excellent poem, Louise....I would like to think we could sit down and talk just as you describe...over coffee, and have these perplexing questions explained in such a comfortable manner, and that the answers would help us understand. (I smile at the thought of the "High 5" !! love, Carrie
