If I could... have one just one wish... I wish my husband and all husbands would just take the time to listen Women just want to be heard Hubby's don't have to fix it Just hear me when I am down Offer a little hug without rushing Tender concern and caring is wrapped up in the ears/audatory nerves!! :~j H^H

Well, I am not married, in fact I am just a young guy compared to some ppl on here, but with tips in writing like this, I may have a woman love me like you love your husband someday. I'm glad you posted this. I think I needed to read it, it's inspirational to ppl who have almost given up on relationships

You obviously love him dearly...my poem tries to capture how easy it is to trust and love another only to be let down...but then to trust again when you are most vulnerable or desperately searching for love....Your husband found the right person to care for his heart..thank you for sharing a snippet of your life...take care Paul

Sorry Doris, I missed that. what did you say? Kidding D. I know we tend to suffer from deaf ear syndrome but we care. We were raised not to show emotions and when we are confronted with them we don't know how to respond. but I love you my good friend.

So true Doris in the case of boyfriends as well. Sometimes they tend to think we want the problem fixed whereas all we wanted was a hug or that ear to listen. Love this write ;)
