I Would Pay Nothing To Be Published

How much would you pay to be published? I laugh. But then people would ask for your autograph I thought of all the germs on an autograph book And the Delta varient, and I laughed til I shook I'd pay nothig, not one Sioux. I can be published on the internet for free, you Doo-Doo.

Smart thinking and so true! I scattered a few poems in my book Ashes on the Snow, but people didn't buy the book for the poems!

People do not buy books any more at all, especially not poetry books.

Good one, Caren. I find it humorous how people think "book publishing" is so important. I learned long ago that hardly anybody buys poetry books. Anthologies sell better. people like to buy books with their own poems in them!!

It certainly is, Caren. The definition of "publication" is simply getting your work out to the public, and that is precisely what we do when we put it out here.
