The first dog I ever had was a beagle, I found her stray in the woods when I was 10 years old. We never found the owners and nobody ever claimed her, so we kept her and had her for 15 years before she passed of old age. "Snoopy" Great poem, Mick, good luck in the contest...Charlie

Boo! Adopt an old one, older dogs are a lot harder to place. It's second hand for me here on out, never need to do puppy again ;)
