I Wish I Was

I wish that I was a firefly bright
I'd blink and blink 'til the broad daylight
To let you know that the time is right
To seal our love on this very night
And if you're pleased by this blinking sight
I'll hang right here in suspended flight
So my little arms can hold you tight
To show this world a beautiful sight -
Two bugs making love with all their might
