I Want It Bad- Here's a Sweet Little Bribe

You scratch my back, and I’ll scratch yours
And anything besides
You see, my dear, I need to get
The top spot contest prize

To be ranked one, is lots of fun
Simply said: orgasmic
If I place lower on your list
Your fate? Simply tragic!

So, here’s the deal, try to conceal
This secret from the Soup
For if I win your contest, dear
You’ll have the better scoop

I’ll sponsor contests, 1, 2, 3
None have I ever done
You hit my spot and place me right
Top spots in those you’ve won

A guarantee, that comes from me
Don’t ever be in doubt
If my name's riding on the top
You'll hear my sated shout

For poetry’s foreplay to me
To win is climax sweet
I need those tremors all the time
Please, offer me this treat

And know, dear sponsor, that my word
Is good as precious gold
So let me win, and get your highs
Or wind up dead and cold.

The Situation October 11, 2015 at 3:17 PM Blunt and to the point. At first I wondered "to whom was this written?" then it became clear. Let me be honest It was more like a threat than a bribe. Or may I even say a deal which left me thinking How could I win a contest with her if the deck is stacked against me? We don't need to bribe we simply strive to be the best. Hands down, the best.
