The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

I Still Love You

I know you’re with him
While I am all alone
You said you’d call
When he left for home
To tell me about you’re night
But my phone it’s not ringing
And that clock keeps on singing,
So you must be having fun
And he must not be leaving

But I know I can’t complain
Cause I let you go
You said we’d still be friends
For always till the end
What was I thinking
Cause I still love you

I see the clock turn three
So I know he must be
Still in you’re house
If I know you he’s on the couch
But my heart only sees
That it should be me
Telling you goodnight
Holding you so tight,
Till dawn breaks the night

So give me a chance
I can make it right
I’ll say I love you every night.
I’ll always be by you’re side
If you need me I’ll be there
I’m not going anywhere
Just give love one more chance.

But I know I can’t complain
Cause I let you go
You said we’d still be friends
For always until the end
What was I thinking
What was I thinking
Cause I still love you
