I saw a robin today and hope swelled in my chest I wondered all winter where they had been hiding, These harbingers of spring with tangerine breast. Yes, they are, and they signal the end of my SADD, which plagues me throughout the winter. Unfortunately, today is a gray, rainy day here. I love blue skies, birds singing, flowers blooming. Guess I can't have my way every day, but I can dream.

Oh my. I understand we have some kind of disease affecting birds over here. Perhaps there, too. We've been told if you find a dead bird to have it evaluated. I can't think of the name of the disease right off-hand.

Yes we are, Marco. As spring nears, I am looking forward to coming out of my Seasonal Affective Disorder. I am hopeful now.
